Our friends James and Kathy Rolin over at Cowboy Cricket Farms in Bozeman, Montana recently broadened their horizons up there in Big Sky Country and expanded their facilities.
Their “Cricket Kitchen”…
…has 3 working stations and plenty of NSF equipment and besides acting as a co-packer we also serve as a food incubator to help food startups from ideation to finished product.
Now they are venturing into food packing, storage, and consulting, as well.
