The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles (NHMLA) held its 32nd annual Bug Fair this weekend. The crowds have not yet been tallied. Our friend Aly Moore of Bugible shared the benefits of edible insects with the masses, and The Bug Chef, David George Gordon and Chef Joseph Yoon of Brooklyn Bugs teamed up to bring the bug-loving fair goers all kinds of delicious edible insect dishes, including fried scorpions.
