Strawberry Banana Cricket Powder Smoothies

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 Cup (250 mL) frozen PC Whole Strawberries

1 Cup (250 mL) PC Strawberry Kefir Probiotic 2% M.F. Yogurt

1 tbsp (15 mL) PC 100% Cricket Powder

Pinch (0.5 mL) cinnamon

Directions:

1. Combine banana, frozen strawberries, yogurt, cricket powder and cinnamon in blender. Blend until smooth.

Chef’s Tip: Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.

Serves 2.

Per serving: 200 calories, fat 3 g (2 g of which is saturated), sodium 65 mg, carbohydrate 38 g, fibre 3 g, sugars 26 g, protein 8 g.
