It would appear New Orleans has its own version of the Cricketlicious Cafe called the Bug Appetit Restaurant. We’ll have to check it out for you soon. Meanwhile, I believe King cake is a Mardis Gras thing involving a cake with a plastic baby baked inside or something like that.
