Chocolate Scorpions.

Ingredients

6 big black scorpions
6 small forest scorpions
100 gr dark chocolate
1 small red pepper
4 slices of ginger
50 ml almond milk
50 gr hazelnuts (optional)

Directions

Cut the red pepper and ginger into very small pieces.

Boil hot water in a pot and put a pan inside. Break the chocolate into pieces and put them in the pan and warm the chocolate (au bain marie).

Add the red pepper and ginger and stir until soft.

Add slowly the almond milk to the mixture and stir until the mixture is more fluid.

Lay the different scorpions on a plate and drizzle the warm chocolate over.

(Optional: mash the hazelnuts until very fine and sprinkle it over the soft chocolate).
Wait till the chocolate get’s dry. Enjoy !​
