SEEKsy Cricket Cookies
INGREDIENTS
2 ¼ cups SEEK ALL PURPOSE CRICKET FLOUR
1 tsp BAKING SODA
½ tsp SMOKED SALT
1 cup BUTTER (softened)
1 ½ cups BROWN SUGAR
1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
2 EGGS
12 ozs CHOCOLATE CHIPS
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In small bowl, combine SEEK ALL PURPOSE CRICKET FLOUR, BAKING SODA and SMOKED SALT. Set aside.

In large bowl, beat together BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR and VANILLA until creamy. Beat in EGGS. Mix in CHOCOLATE CHIPS. Gradually add CRICKET FLOUR MIXTURE until all ingredients are well combined..

Place COOKIE DOUGH in fridge for 2 hours to set.

Line baking sheet with a silicone mat. Scoop 2 tbsps COOKIE DOUGH and roll into a ball for each cookie. Space dough 3 inches apart on baking sheet.

Bake 8 – 10 minutes and serve immediately.
