Since taking over as executive chef of the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks, Joe Schafer has refreshed the menu of Philips Arena. That includes new dishes being served up in the exclusive Courtside Club such as cricket tacos made with Aketta crickets from Austin-based Aspire Food Group USA Inc.
