In just a few hours from the typing of these words, the largest conference on edible insects in the entire world so far this year will begin.
Insects to Feed the World 2018.

As reported by our friend “Florian from France” during our most recent podcast in the new European Buzz segment, we discovered that many past and future guests of the Ento Nation podcast are presenting and speaking at this conference, including Florian himself! Folks like Nico Bery, Dr. Marianne Shockley, Dr. Jeffery Tomberlin, Katharina Unger, Dr. Amy Franklin, Gabe Mott, and people who we hope to interview in the future like Dr. Arnold Van Huis, Julie Lesnick, Mossimo Reverberi, and Marwa Shumo, just to name a few.
We’ll keep you abreast of the happenings and news coming out of that conference over the next few days. It runs May 15-18 in Wuhan, China.
This is “Insects to Feed the World 2” actually. The first conference was held in 2014…
