Seek Food Announces Kickstarter to Fund Cricket Powder Line
When I heard about this, in the not-too-distant past, from our friend Robyn Shapiro, co-Founder of Seek Food, I thought it was a great idea…when I saw the Kickstarter campaign today, I discovered that it was more than a just great idea, it was a phenomenal idea.
Seek Food has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund their new, and impressive line of cricket powders. You have several to choose from, each with its own unique, nutritional benefits package. The 4 types of cricket powder being made available are: All-Purpose, Gluten-Free, Paleo, and Pure/Keto. More on those later.

I checked out the cookbook’s impressive line-up of high-quality chefs and was WOW’d by all of the groundwork that must have gone into this cookbook project ahead of time. That, in and of itself, is a phenomenal feat to pull off. Proving the massive interest that the general public, and more specifically, the general Food Community has in eating not only crickets, and incorporating cricket-powder products into their regular diet, but also the entire smorgasbord of almost 2000 edible insects in the world today.
The cookbook will feature each of these world-class chefs (28 by my count) creating a recipe(s) using Seek Food’s cricket powders. It will be fun and fascinating to see what kind of fantastic dishes these chefs can formulate.
