Join us for a viewing of an introduction to insect protein with the documentary The Gateway Bug, a panel discussion with entrepreneurs in insect protein, and a tasting of your favorite foods made with bugs (i.e. sliders, nachos, cocktails, etc.)! There will be two different viewings/tastings: 5 PM | 8 PM.
