Our guest is New York Post Features Reporter Hannah Sparks, who was bitten by the entomophagy bug. In the Bugible Kitchen, Aly Moore brings us a delicious shield bug recipe: “Shield Bug Toasted Baguette”. Cricket Man talks Bug Lovers and Wildest Dreams, and on “As the Crickets Chirp” Chip helps out Mr. Crypto (if that’s his real name), and Dung Beetle Corleone finds himself in deep dung.
The book Hannah was referring to in our interview was: “Edible: An Adventure into the World of Eating Insects and the “Last Great Hope to Save the Planet” by Daniella Martin. We’ll have to get her on the podcast!
