Tomato Hopper Poppers

Recipe: Tomato Hopper Poppers

TOMATO HOPPER-POPPERS

 

INGREDIENTS:1 cup cherry tomatoes, ½ package cream cheese, ¼ cup minced green onions, ¼ cup minced fresh parsley, ¼ teaspoon worcestershire sauce, ¼ cup chopped chapulines.

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut a thin slice off the top of teach tomato.
  2. Scoop out and discard pulp.
  3. Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Mix well.

Spoon into tomatoes.
